Thought my ID was fake while I have an account with them. Then I went to Apex across the street and they approved it so not sure why I they thought it was fake. Just lost a customer whose spent a lot of time and money at this store

I should have read the reviews before I shopped here. I had a faulty cartridge and she wouldn't exchange it for me, like she didn't believe me? Even though I've had this problem before and that's what the receipt is for, a faulty cart. She was rude and this is a scam out of my money and weed. I won't be returning and I highly advise others not to either.

I was going here for a few months until A lady I’ve never seen before was super fing rude and told me my id didn’t work. She didn’t even ask for a double check I had to remind her then she still declined me . I just went across the street to apex they are way nicer.

Naomi, Sophie and Mariah we're all super awesome and knowledgeable on brands and what to look for. Even when they made a mistake on a promotion they were quick to fix it all and get me the appropriate price. Come check this place out, great staff, and huge selection! I'll 100% be back.

The lady was RUDE, tried to gaslight me about the problem I had with my cart (they had sold me one half full, I didn't realize until I got to my car.) and refused to exchange it. They recommended garbage products as well, not sure who hired this lot but they need some more training.

Sometimes it's not what the menu says in store but the cute budtenders coupled with the organic aroma makes it hard to recall your order. Especially if tattoos are involved. "2 grams BHO indica & 2 tattoos with a side of......" Cool place but here's what I do......

I don't normally go here and I was reminded of why yesterday. So I walk in, 3 women are working none of which greet me. One finally approaches and asks what I was looking for...she reads off some names of products, I mentioned one of them sounded good so she walks to the cash register, I mention a look at the products would be appreciated...she seems as if that was an issue so I walked out and that's the last time I will try that place, nothing will bring me back in! Plus the prices are way higher than Cinder or Kush 21 those are the dispensaries I would recommend. I thought since I was super close to lovely buds I would give em a try BIG MISTAKE! OH AND DON'T GO NEXT DOOR TO APEX THAT ARE HORRIBLE ALSO!!!

Rude lady’s….not even worth 1 star The lady with the purple hair managing was highly disrespectful towards my hearing disability and I wouldn’t recommend this store to any1!! And definitely don’t go in later at night because they shut down at 1150 and won’t sell anything even though they say they are open until midnight! They were very unprofessional and negative people
